I am writing this to bring in your kind notice that staffs associated on the 2nd floor are not only excellent but exceptional. I am not sure if this kind of feedback has been shared in the past. I want to thank all the doctors who were like a God for me. They not only helped me to recognize my illness but also helped me to get fit. The Nursing staffs are like angel on the earth. They all helped me day & night so that I can recover from my illness as soon as possible. I bow to the people who keep running from one patient to another as the bell rings. Housekeeping staff is also very nice and they keep the surrounding clean. They have shown seamless. support and help.
From the minute I arrived, I was treated with the utmost empathy, kindness and respect I have nothing but praise for the care I received as a patient at SGT Hospital. I think there was some divine intervention that there was not a bed available for me [elsewhere] as I cannot believe that I would have been treated with that same level of care, support, positivity, kindness and respect that I received at SGT Hospital. I want to thank all the hard working staff for their attentive and caring help. I especially want to thank my nurses aides, case manager, the volunteers and the amazing ortho team.
