Neuropsychiatry, a branch of psychiatry, is the review and treatment of psychiatric or behavioral disorders that happen in patients with neurological conditions. Neuro psychiatrists perform neurological investigations, psychometric studies (neuropsychology) and extra examinations to assess disorders such as Parkinson's, dementia, schizophrenia, cerebro vascular mishaps or head injuries.
